Hey there, I suppose your best bet is to meet up with someone in person. If you live near a major metropolitan area this shouldn't be too hard. The site bitcoinslocally probably will help you. Alternatively, there are trading boards on this forum. I haven't traded on here but given the size and popularity of this forum, somone probably takes paypal. Good luck!

I looked at the site, and it's not clear how they avoid being ripped off with charge-backs. Any idea how they actually control/avoid fraud?

Go to eBay and search 261391700982.
I bought my first bitcoin from this person before I had all my online accounts verified so I could purchase direct.

Use VirWox. First convert the PP USD to SLL, and then convert the SLL to Bitcoins. Withdraw the coins to your address. The site is quite reliable, and has been there for almost 2 years now.

I looked at the site, and it's not clear how they avoid being ripped off with charge-backs. Any idea how they actually control/avoid fraud? They're limiting people to like 0.046 BTC / day for $25, which is actually like $20 worth of BTC.. So basically they're counting on the fact that there's not many ppl who are going to do chargeback fraud to make 20 bucks.

message me I will send you $2 worth of btc for nothing in return ps.. this offer only stands for OP Wow.. that is great. That will be almost BTC0.005 at today's exchange rate. And I fear that you will get hundreds of messages from beggars asking you to donate coins for them too. Anyway, the OP was hoping to finish off his Paypal balance... So I think he will linger a bit more here.
