Is the American Eagles a legal tender in U.S.?
I mean, can you go to 7/11 and pay with them according to the face value?

(of cause I would not do that, since the silver value is higher than the face-value)

Yes that is a 10 oz bar.. I have a bunch of Silver it is nice to stack

Also if you paid for something with a Silver Eagle I bet that cashier would pull out a dollar bill and use that and keep the Eagle lol.  These have never been handled either so they are fresh in the tube.

American eagles are Minted by the U.S. government and yes they are legal Tender.  If you go to a store to buy something with them the cashier will look at you like you are crazy but they have to accept it is cash.

how to distinguish if it legal tender or not: If it has a Dollar value like $1 Dollar then it can be used as tender(provided it's minted by The U.S. government). If it just says 1 Oz. silver then it's just bullion.
