You're violating PayPal ToS:
"If you are paying with PayPal, a mandatory fee of 8% to the final value price is applied. "

"No Surcharges. Under Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express regulations and the laws of several states, including California, merchants may not charge a fee to the buyer for accepting credit card payments (often called a "surcharge"). You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as payment. This restriction does not prevent you from imposing a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge (in other words, the handling fee for transactions paid through PayPal may not be higher than the handling fee for transactions paid through other payment methods). Nor does this restriction apply to Pound-denominated transactions by sellers residing in the United Kingdom listing items for sale on a UK-based website."

Nah, this violation is violated regularly here in my country too Grin
On the other hand to the OP, I think you should remove that sentence before ebay takes your auction down. Not that they didn't do that before LOL

Thanks for the tip, but that sentence was added in the spirit of promoting Bitcoins as an alternate payment form.
Otherwise, there really wouldn't be any inclination for the buyer to chose BTC over PayPal.

So would I!  Wink

The shops around me don't even sell scrap gold at spot.

Its called inflation. Noticed how oh... practically EVERYTHING you buy has at least doubled in cost? how about all the food containers getting bigger but the actual bags of food getting smaller. It is starting, just wait for them to announce QE4. $5000 is a CONSERVATIVE estimate. You might think thats crazy, but you might also be eating out of the garbage of people like him in less than a year.

Just like real estate was, gold is a bubble too.  It might get up to $2000/oz and hover there, but it is not going to $5000/oz any time in the next five years.

You are mistaking the inflation of the currency for a value increase in gold. Gold will eventually drop, but before it does fiat currencies will devalue so much that gold prices will easily hit $5000. I never said it will stay there forever.
