Premine is for bountys and IPO.

50% of the IPO is for the programmer of the coin 10% goes to the escrow.
The remaining 30% is for me.

I was originally going to make this a coingen coin, bad Prolifik bad...

I'm now going to look into finding a professional to code the coin.

IPO's will be refunded if the coin doesn't happen.
