Need Help - TTBit / Bitcoinsportsbook

I can't remember my old username/password for this board, so I had to register a new account. Well I used to use bitcoinsportsbook and I have some bitcoins left in my account there. I tried to send them but they keep saying "failed to send bitcoins"
Since I can't post on any other boards or PM anyone from my new account can someone help me get in touch with the user TTBit? That is the forum user who ran bitcoinsportsbook.
