I would like to hereby warn the community!

David Francois a.k.a DAVOUT, the Moderator for the French section of Bitcointalk.org as well as the CTO of PAYMIUM, owner of INSTAWALLET & BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1929

http://fr.linkedin.com/pub/david-francois/61/40a/473

Whoever has funds in BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET, be warned!!!

David Francois, and his partners stole 15 Bitcoins from me. I’m not the only one, there are more people who are still waiting for their Bitcoins to be “returned” to them 1000+ Bitcoins.

See here!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167215.msg6278648#msg6278648                   (SUDDENLY LOCKED BY PIERRE NOIZAT (BOUSSAC)) Yesterday the 27th of APRIL

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587245.0                                                    (NEW THREAD)

As you can read in the INSTAWALLET thread this has turned into a pain staking process filled with lots of disrespect and arrogance by the THIEVES.

What I find incredible, is the fact that DAVID FRANCOIS is one of the MODERATORS on Bitcointalk.org. Since when do we allow known THIEVES to run a I would say pretty important Online Forum for the Bitcoin Community?

Due to this, I'm having even more frustration in this entire case!

There are threads with proof that DAVID FRANCOIS (DAVOUT) has been deleting posts (not only mine),

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=548245.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=372784.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=548099.0

several posts posted by me in the French section, where I tried to warn the community because I believe they have a right to know with whom they are dealing! Nothing but the truth! It even got so far as to him threatening to ban me (see quote below), if I would not stop spamming, one warning only, next time banned!

He won’t get away with it this time!

Hello,

As per moderation policy, spamming boards with unrelated messages is not acceptable and will not be tolerated any longer.
If you have things to say, whatever it is, I encourage you to use the appropriate threads, which you seem to have perfect knowledge of.

Further spamming will result in a permanent ban, there be will no second warning.

Kind regards

Funny, what is unrelated??? Are you hinting to you being THIEVES??? Because it doesn't really seem unrelated to me, as there are still many people who are at this time doing business with

BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET,

which you guys run!

When is this site going to get HACKED???

These THIEVES cannot be allowed to walk off with other peoples Bitcoins and continue Operations, all in PLAIN SIGHT!!! Everyone is always all pissed about “Invisible” hackers, and now we got them served on a plate, and nothing happens???

Here comes the best part!

I "Suddenly" received this mail:

Greetings NLCOINER,

Following your recent posts on BitcoinTalk forum :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529245.msg6279086#msg6279086
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=109271.msg6279106#msg6279106                THIS POST WAS DELETED BY SOMEBODY MODERATING THE FRENCH BOARD
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167215.msg6278648#msg6278648

Our support team has review your case and is happy to report that we can proceed with a BTC refund if you agree with our terms.
Given that MTGOX went down since last september, we realize that a cryptographic proof may be difficult to obtain if you used mtgox to fund the wallets.

Therefore we agree to send a 15 BTC refund if these two points are met :
•   You can provide a high quality, uncropped scan of a valid state-issued ID.
•   You can provide the same bitcoin refund address that you mentionned earlier for confirmation.

We would also like to kindly ask you to take down these hurtful words, abject and unfounded accusations you made about our company and its staff.
As you may know, we will soon provide a cryptographically verifiable proof of reserves audit (also known as "solvency report").

Have a nice evening.

Best regards,

Support team
Bitcoin Central by Paymium

I could see that Pierre Noizat had forwarded an old mail of mine (November 2013) from his PAYMIUM account to the BITCOIN-CENTRAL Customer Service mail address just 30 min before I was mailed by BITCOIN-CENTRAL! Very interesting how all these different handlings keep pointing to the fraudulent activities they do!

But thanks anyways, you have given me my proof that they belong to me, now, and always have and that you should have returned them to me when I was in contact with you last year!!!

How come I haven't heard anything from you after this mail? I have sent you multiple reply's as to where I want my Bitcoins returned!!! Were you just out to get my ID???

DAVID FRANCOIS! How come after having tried to get them back for almost a year, and after having lots of messages from you (I HAVE PRINTSCREENS AND PROOF) stating that I will not get them back, I suddenly receive this mail stating my case was REVIEWED once more, and NOW I get them back..

One of the PMs you sent me stated:

"available funds being less than the total uninsured liability"

How about those funds we found tying to your wallet?

I also find it very interesting that you request from me in order for me to get my Bitcoins back:

"You can provide a high quality, uncropped scan of a valid state-issued ID"

What do you need this for?? As far as I know, there is no reason for you to need my ID, so please explain! I don't mind showing my true identity, but there is no reason that I can think of, apart from that YOU want to know who I am!

We need to get DAVOUT a.k.a. DAVID FRANCOIS removed off this forum as MODERATOR! He has been abusing the position of MODERATOR for his own, his THIEVING Partners’ interest and for the businesses they run.

THIS MUST BE STOPPED!!!! Help me forward this on to as much people in the Community before BITCOIN-CENTRAL.NET gets hacked AGAIN

http://www.coindesk.com/hackers-hit-bitcoin-central-exchange/

GIVE ME BACK MY 15 BTC!!! You FINALLY admitted that they belong to me!

KARMA IS GONNA GET YOU!!!!!!

Geez, another one.  I only use US based exchanges.  Still waiting for price drop to flatten out so I can splurge.  I wonder how much value has been lost in the time negotiation efforts were initiated until now.

I didn't even bother reading the full OP (Sorry)
But if it indeed is true, send your claims to support or one of the global mods ASAP.
Good Luck!

Good Luck!

It's true, for davout even thought he found a way to scam be outta the 1,132 BTC I had on InstaWallet of which now resides in one of his fat BTC wallets.

Cleverly, davout had Boussac start the InstaWallet claims thread so that later when they lock it, of which they just did a couple days ago, it wouldn't look so suspicious if he, as staff, would have done such.

There's a full investigation in process now, and I don't want to hear a single person crying in the coming days with Bitcoin-Central goes belly-up for the final time. I starting warning you over a week ago that shit was goin' to hit the fan if I wasn't made whole. What the fuck did InstaWallet opt to do? Lock the claims thread.

Paymium received a $400K USD VC from Gilitt, and of the five entities started with the use of said VC, only Bitcoin-Central remains, albeit on ultra-shaky ground.

Bitcon-Central.com (.net) are in David Francois' name.

Needless to say, but I'm the only person standing in between whether Bitcoin-Central remains as a viable entity or bites the dust in coming days. Everybody better think about that good and hard, for I'm tired of fuckin' around.

Currently, I have half a dozen people who've emailed me all kinds of proof and shit associated with Paymium's principals, and it saddens me to see what other names are on their list.

davout claims he won't release the name of the independent auditor of InstaWallet for some half-baked reason, when in reality there fuckin' wasn't one. The InstaWallet/Bitcoin-Central "hacks" were inside jobs, and the only people who probably haven't figured it out yet is the French Police.

It's truly reprehensible when people in positions of power abuse it for their own selfish gains. How do you go to bed at night knowing you're a piece of shit?
