Distribution

The major part of LAX will be distributed throughout the Initial Public Offering (IPO). 13,5% are guaranteed to be distributed by bounties and 1,5% are reserved to the developers behind LAX. After that the only possibility to earn them is by forging a block and thus getting the transaction fee. Therefore it’s only necessary to keep the client running, so it is able to calculate new blocks.

The total number of LAX is 1,000,000,000. No new coins are generated, there is no inflation, only redistribution!


IPO Plan (starting now)

Two stages of the IPO will take place. At the end of each stage, the total reward amount will be divided proportionally between each investor, according to the following formula:

Reward = Amount * (Personal Investment / Total Investment)

Total amount to be distributed throughout the IPO: 850,000,000

First stage:

Duration: 27 April 2014 - 16 May 2014
Coins to be distributed: 500,000,000

Second stage:

Duration: 16 May 2014 - 30 May 2014
Coins to be distributed: 350,000,000
