⇾ How do i access .bit websites (namecoin)

OK guys, I'm trying to access .bit websites but all I find are proxies that don't work or a firefox addon "FreeSpeechMe" that make me wait five hours with a command prompt that is supposedly downloading the namecoin blockchain but I'm doubtful it is. Any help redirecting me to a tutorial or something that works?
