Start a BitCoinEveryWhere (.com is available) movement via photoshop or your favorite graphics editing program.

The idea is to
shop as many renown faces incorporating a Bitcoin logo backdrop and convert famous locations, worldwide, as possible.

Change this one to "Island of Money" and use a fake Bitcoin Vanity Address for the plate number. Almost can do this project from scratch.
