This thing has been tanking like forever.. my bud told us his secret that you can buy something where you get more money when bitcoin goes down.. he made a killing. now we will too! easy money. question: if it goes to 0 how much do you get?
I dont want to be the last one in my dorm in on this.. whats the best place to get hooked up? what do you buy?

I'm not exactly sure what he is talking about, but it sounds like he is just talking about shorting BTC, so you can make money when the prices decrease.. |

Basic Finance 101 on what this all means: shorting basically amounts to borrowing something, which you immediately sell, with the expectation of being able to buy back later for less to repay the loan, and you pocket the difference.
Keep in mind, the moment you decide to start shorting is exactly when a ginormous rally will start.

Just a noob mistake, I believe. Bitcoin price has been rising ever since. Short-term decline is normal in all assets. Noobs have a very short memory since they're like babies. Not all babies are cute and cuddly, mind you. Babies are often very wrong and have limited intelligence and logical abilities.  |
