This all starts with Attitude.

A Driver is the person behind the wheel of a motorized vehicle.  This is you, the person behind the actions of the road.
This means you provide the functionality and delivery to the community with helpful informative content.

Community Driver(s) can be more than just full course; action
There is passive Drivers in the Crypto Currency industry; and Passive is a good attitude towards the community.

Community Driver(s) usually relate with people
and understand people's concerns and they listen frequently.

all the above is community drivers; and anyone can be one.
