yes its converted to fiat currency of choice of according to what I read at the news feed.  So is like that other card that is already out.

The difference as I read it is that BitcoinCashOUT card is pre-loaded with USD (purchased with bitcoins), where as XAPO card is drawing on your BTC balance whenever it is used, ie. only converts the BTC necessary to complete the purchase

Visa and Mastercard have rejected all prior requests to partner with Bitcoin wallet providers. This should be no different.

I found out this is a piece of shitty wallet.

I am not allowed to withdraw my own satoshis despite reserving enough for the transaction fee.

So early for Xapo's scamming trick to be revealed so soon.

I was thinking the system wasn't okay, but when I register with a new account and new email, I can login!

Xapo shit + scam + fraud.
This Xapo's business model is to collect individual's personal details, including ID numbers, addresses, bank account (if you bank wire to buy BTC), and contact number.

I strongly suspect the Xapo founder will sell off this Xapo to a 3rd party for a hefty sum for a big collection of personal details around the world.

I was smart enough to give fake details when it asked for my personal details (including ID number, which Xapo absolutely has no right) before payout (it never did pay me).
The fact that it is not a government agency and cannot liaison with the local government for detail verification means anyone can give fake details and pass, thus making personal details collected WORTHLESS for Xapo and/or any 3rd party.
*** What are you gonna do about that, huh? Start calling up the government agencies for partnership? ***

Anyone of you, if you're reading this and have a Xapo wallet and stupid enough to give correct details of yourself, you may still have the time to change to a fake one.
