Commonwealth Bank and Westpac make strange Non Digital Upgrades

Ive tried talking to the Commonwealth Banks and Westpac about Bitcoin

but instead Westpac and the Commonwealth bank have released a Smartphone Cardless app which does nothing to make their system anymore digital as the Cash still comes out of the ATM

And in an even stranger move Westpac  have made a Telephone ATM system  

maybe they think you will treat you smart phone more carefully than you wallet but your cash less carefully or spend it quicker
