Thats right. Investors are afraid of mintpal's ban. The HUGE rise will be just when mintpal announces that CYC win.

No they didn't now, but they did it 3 times (last time about 10 days ago - they were defending ENRG) and there are some that will be afraid untill they see the announcement.

I think they protected ENRG, now they won't be cutting votest

Mintpal is changing up its entire voting system now that they got bought out by Mulah.  And in September they will be changing it completely so if you wanna vote for a new coin you have very limited time.
