Being a photojournalist, i'm making this thread a picture story;
take from it what you will...

PART ONE:

PART TWO:

please let me take this opportunity to state, that I am not User270, wherever you see 'raskul' that is I. I do not have sockpuppet accounts, shill accounts or duplicate accounts. 'User270' is a friend of mine - who to this day, still has his neptune order. Far be it from me to tell anyone what to do with their hard earned cash, but this 'Platinum' member of the Bitcoin Foundation (KnC) seem to be taking the fame/money and power over their customers, a bit to their heads.

BOYCOTT KnC

Yea, what he said... banned for asking too many simple easy questions.

Either that or they didn't like the copy/paste of their competitors sales thread.

I was so nice: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/resellers-affilicates/general-questions/38352-free-neptune-for-neptune-first-and-second-batch-customers?p=38357#post38357

And they didn't respond to my very simple question: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/main-category/hardware/38368-cables-connectors#post38368

So I moved to anarchy.

Get me right, I'm not cheer-leading for them, but it's their forum.
It's obvious that they remove posts advertising the competition, no ?

The ban is quite confusing, as the advertising post has been deleted, only.
So it seems according to your presentation that he has been banned for asking about type and number of power connectors for Neptune only, but that post is still available: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/main-category/hardware/38368-cables-connectors

We all know they hate to answer detailed questions before shipping, nothing new, but maybe user270 has been banned for

...
So I moved to anarchy.

Stuff like this happens everyday, nothing especially related to KnC I'd say ?

Yes, it is a commercial forum, but believe me, user270 is a long standing and loyal KnC customer (one of their most loyal, in fact). I did also ask him to clarify 'anarchy' as I had thought it had underlying connotations - perhaps a competitor ASIC that i'd never heard of... but simply, he is in a 'state of anarchy' regarding the treatment he has been served by KnC.

I think the poll above seems to be saying all that needs to be said, however. At this point, the majority see KnC as untrustworthy, which is a shame considering they should have proven to be so much better.

thanks for your input.

I have lost trust and I also don't eat chicken; can you revise your poll to reflect this?

I'm pretty sure they kicked me off for the copy/paste but I asked about cables for Neptune twice and they must know something by now; they could have at least given a guideline or said they they don't know yet but they just ignored. That's when I realised there was no point in being registered there and posted about the fantastic deal that Neptune customers can get on SP30 machines.

haha, you are beginning to sound like me! spondoolies this, and spondoolies that..! never thought i'd see the day. However... you know my feelings - you are in a better position than me, from the time of our initial orders... at least the company you ordered from didn't blow it all on hookers and blow.  Undecided

Hey, I offered you half a Neptune order... Do you wish you had taken it and what would you have done by now?

I have lost trying to invest in KnC but it wasn't their fault they actually their part to make the issue better.  The person running the Group Buy was the real problem.
