Whatever use you want. Find scammers or find people for more nefarious reasons. I personally don't care. I however will not DOX anyone under 18 due to my inability to know your intent. |

In short. Yes. i believe doxxing someone private info is illegal unless that you are a licensed private investigator and the people you were doxxing is someone who is doing such illegal things like a cheating husband a fraud or involve in any illegal activity
