You can only specify one algo at a time.
so, if i need to mine sha256 and skein i need separate wallets? Or if sha256 is default, i only need to specify skein algo?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

i make two copies of wallet in appdata and start two examples of wallet with this argument with specified path for each. Is it right?

Is it better runing a 2xR9 280 RIG on the solo client or on a Skein pool?
Edit : Solo will problly be rdy first. will this .conf work out :
listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 gen=0 rpcuser=username rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=? rpcallowip=? rpcport=? maxconnections=100 algo=skein
