Where are you going to sell your bitcoin? Exchanges or localbitcoins or other places?
If you are selling them on exchanges or localbitcoins, you can directly withdraw your bitcoin from pools to the deposit address of exchanges or localbitcoins.

Safer way is to gather all bitcoin to your local wallet, then send to exchange
there maybe be a little fee, but it's safer
