Who wants to buy?
It's better for me to sell my account and all rights to the asic than to take it away by my own.
It's in Stockholm now. The hosting ends in month.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

400 Gh/s can be confirmed by pool stats.
I can sell it for $1200.

I don't think KNC allows you to sell your account like that.

As far as I remember, there were a lot of accounts from the first batches that were sold to other people.
But I will discuss this question with KNC support.

Sorry for the long delay.
I can't sell the account, but I can make someone able to get it away.
Here is the response from KNC support:

"If someone comes to pick up the miner for you, you will need to send us the authorization email with name of the person who pick it up and copy of ID."

How does this work, I`m pretty new at this..esp KNC.

Do we expect the accounts to be transferred? or get the physical miner itself. Also wheres the miners location?

You will get physical miner itself. It's in Stockholm in KNC data center. You can get it there or it can be shipped (then you will need also pay VAT additionally, it's quite a lot)
