On 6 February, Ukraine's central bank lowered its exchange rate with capital controls and restricted private capital flowing to overseas. In order to prevent its currency from plunging, the authority dumped a large amount of dollars and reduced Ukraine's central bank’s foreign currency. Its foreign currency dropped from $17.8 billion by the end of January to $15 billion, only enough for domestic support less than two months. Ukraine is wandering in the verge of bankruptcy. If it can not get aid funds as soon as possible, it may be faced with serious economic crisis.
Seen from present situation (Crimean problem), continuous turmoil can not be avoided and Ukraine may be threatened by war. These current situations increase the pain of Ukrainian people.
