First of all I want to start this by saying I've had nothing but the most positive experience dealing with people in this community. I believe with all my heart those involved with bitcoin for 99 percent of the time are great people at heart. I have enjoyed posting and reading peoples thoughts and ideas over the last few months and I hope to be a powerful contributor myself.

That being said here's the situation I'm in. Me and my wife got married 2 years ago in July of 2012, before that we had a rough start to our relationship as I spent 10 months in a minimum federal security facility for my first ever criminal offense being conspiracy to distribute MDMA for simply being in a car with my old roommate. That  being said , she had the character and determination to stick it through with me because she knew the person I am. Immediately after my incarceration and us getting married she started getting very sick, to the point where she couldn't walk some days and was in to much pain to get out of bed. These health problems have been a mystery and we have visited well over 30 + doctors  and tried many many trying to get answers. This has also caused great detriment to our financial life and is very burdening when someone is sick to the point they can't work, but also needs health care. I am posting here today asking for a kind soul to give me some advice or even a donation that would help us take care of some of these medical expenses that have been towering on us. If you feel so inclined to help or have any questions about me feel free to ask, I want to be able to help as well. My goal is 5 btc in three months, and I am currently participating in a signature campaign that I will contribute all funds towards paying these medical expenses off. If anyone feels so inclined to donate I will post your name and amount here if you desire and direct message you with screenshots of coinbase transfer and the receipt for payment to the institutions. Thank you so much for any advice or help you can give! I will do whatever I can to help out myself.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

She said she's not sure. She has been tested for a lot including rheumatoid arthritis and had a high test. We saw a specialist and it was not RA, he thought fibromyalgia. But the medications haven't helped any thus far.

I am not a doctor, but I have had lyme disease.  Also, your description of the progression of her disease and your description of the symptoms and treatment failures, particularly RA make it sound a lot like lyme.

There are tons of stories and such on the internet about this.  I am lucky, my symptoms were never so severe... I don't want to give false hope, but have her get a western blot test... It can be life changing to get relief from Lymes.

Do you live in the north east, or have you guys been in the north east in the last several years?

We live in the south east, I don't think she has had that test before. I will read up on it and talk to her about it.

It could be some autoimmune disease, maybe from food. If she can try that, I would recommend her to fast for 2-3 days to check if symptoms lessen.
