How would you go about this? Smiley

Google doesn't help me quite enough. I'm talking about getting in contact with some highschool student in india or china with a talent for design with good skills in webdesign and forum-creating.

Payments would be in bitcoins/altcoins.

I'm not only asking if there is anyone here, as said, but also, if you're not this person: how would you go about finding this person?

thanks in advance

I found something on elance but god, one has to register and pay USD to Elance.com to get in contact with the people you find there? Well, not so hard to work around it though.

Yeah visiting the country might be an option for the future, not atm though. My project is still in baby-stage Smiley
