Is someone kind enough to give me 0.0011 BTC? I might be able to get him 50 cents back on PayPal but not sure.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Is that just begging?  Are you sure you can handle such a big amount ? Provide a collateral.
