Actually, I think it`s already against the law.

The second-hand smoke from crack users, is much worse than mere tobacco or cigarettes.
In fact, I don`t think its even fair to compare the two. tobacco is really mild in comparison
to people getting blasted smoking crack(crack is likely much more powerful drug than marijuana.)

I think that's true, but I also think he has good intentions and isn't exactly a colossal fuck up. It's a shame he obviously has other demons. If he can do drugs recreationally whilst still doing a decent job in office then I don't see the problem though.
