It's the still relatively new A2 Terminator (Scrypt/Litecoin) chip, from the same people as the A1 Coincraft (SHA256/Bitcoin); Innosilicon.

this is A2 chipset. run scrypt algo. 1.6-1.8mhs per pcs.
we have launched the miner based on A2 chipset, LA90M. it works at 90MHS, 800W.
