1) I don't want to steal anybody account. I have my own and don't need nor want another one.
2) Some people don't want to spend time getting their account to the level that they want to play at.

While I got your point and I can agree with you on that paying for something like this is pretty sad.  here are people willing to pay for services like leveling or grinding. They may have the money but they don't have the time to do so themselves. Also they can brag about how good they are and showing 'their' profiles to friends. Sad but true.

If you want to be taken seriously , offer collateral to an escrow before taking control of the account , allowing the user to be compensated if you steal his account.

You should mention and tackle what possibilities that are there that you could steal stuff from the account , like trading of items , deletion of items or any detriment you can cause.

Do the games have a proper password recovery system if you steal it ?
Can you change the password reset questions ?
Can you transfer items in any way?

Also , you should tackle what exactly will you provide. How fast can you grind and how long will you take for each package ?

1) Collateral? For a service im providing? No. Its not like im asking for a loan or something.
2) No need, I gain nothing stealing someones account. I care about my rep.
3) No, I highly doubt I can change anything without having access to the person email account. Again, why the hell would I want to?
4) I see you not familiar with the games I am providing a service for. You can't transfer items nor delete items.
5) Each package is time grinding or you just didn't read that part?
