We paid softswiss.com to create a custom casino for us. They say the casino only takes "10 days". Well it took them over 3 months and it still wasn't done. Their owner acts like a complete child. There are so many bugs in their software we told them we would not pay the last part of $14,000. He told us we must have no money and know nothing about casino's. Completely immature.

I just want to warn ANYONE who uses SoftSwiss.com there is a bug where their games crash and make all your bitcoin you are betting disappear. Also softswiss.com IS NOT provably fair even though they claim. Be warned if you gamble on a site that has the SiftSwiss logo (down at the bottom) that you are most likely getting scammed.

Oh, on top of this they stole our website and were simply copy and pasted it to other clients. For $14,000. I have been talking to other clients and they all have been ripped off.

This is a shame for Switzerland.

Please see below the letter sent to the king of the scam Ivan

Hi Softswiss, CMS trust and limoplay support,

recently my girlfriend, signed up to play at limoplay, a softswiss curacao licensed white label casino.
http://www.gaminglicences.com/pages/validate.php?lid=8048-S0608799

neither i nor she has an existing accounts at limoplay, however i have played on other softswiss white label casinos (including bitstarz).

she deposited over 12k euro into limoplay and she was granted a high roller bonus without her consent nor approval.

"Regarding the bonus, it is being issued automatically, and a player has the ability to cancel it before they started playing. You can also disable all future bonuses in your account."

to this end, the “high roller” bonus was granted automatically without her approval nor her acceptance of the terms and conditions of the bonus.

she won over 88k euro on your site and now you are confiscating the winnings, citing a breach of the terms and conditions of the bonus, which was never accepted in the first place.  this is absolutely ridiculous!

"Unfortunately, as soon as we found out that you (deliberately or not) have used High Roller Bonus and made bets higher than it was allowed for play with the bonus, it become impossible to promote your success, and we had to remove your winnings, leaving your initial deposit.”

the bonus was never requested, nor agreed to, so why would the winnings be consficated and removed?

if you have such ridiculous rules about the bonus betting limits, why doesn’t the game played controlled this, otherwise its simply a open book for you to cancel and steal any winnings which you do not wish to pay.

"In your case I would suggest to create new account or ask the support to change the name (after all KYC checks have been done) instead of playing under different name and breaking Casino rules. As an experienced player you should know that multi-accounting is not allowed in any casino which accepts real money bets."

your support has said that both i and her have broken casino rules, however this is the first and only account on limoplay, which is licensed under Curacao gaming regulations.

"Also, after deeper analysis of your account, we have found out that under the same email was registered another account, at Bitstarz. However, the data is different, which raised HUGE red flag in our system"

As per EU data protection laws, why are my personal details (from another casinos bitstarz), being shared with limoplay.  this is completely in breach of my privacy and data protection and under no circumstances should personal data from another entity be shared with limoplay.  in any gaming jurisdiction in the world, this is a incredibly shocking breach of your player’s trust and most importantly of your gaming license regulations which you are bound by.

i expect that the account be opened immediately and the winnings paid out in a timely manner.  i also expect a written apology to my girlfriend.  should this matter not be resolved in a timely manner, i have no issues with esculating it further with microgaming, net entertainment and all leading gaming industry news portals and magazines (and bitcoin PR Buzz - the news syndication wire service which you have used to promote your site).  this would be a serious dent as to the transparency of hybdrid bitcoin/fiat casinos and the protection (and segregation) of player funds under the curacao gaming licenses.
further to this, please send me through a copy of the curacao gaming regulations which you operate under as my lawyer would like to review these exactly to understand how this behaviour fits within these regulations.
