Help-missing a payment

I'm mining on wafflepool.  the pool shows a payment sent, but I don't have it in my electrum wallet!

I checked the bitcoin blockchain and it shows the payment there too.

Anyone could suggest what I can do please?  This is the first time I run into this issue.

Which address is yours? Do you see the address under receive tab > used (click on arrow next to "used")?

It looks like Electrum server is having issues.

Start up electrum.

Connect manually to a different server.

If it still doesn't fix itself, try clicking "Open Wallet" and opening the wallet you have open. (open the one that is already open... it's silly I know)

If it still doesn't sync correctly... I don't know what is wrong...

BUT your bitcoins are still on your address, Electrum just isn't showing the transaction correctly. If the problem persists for a long time. Then you can always export that one address's private key and import it into another client.

I think that reconnecting or reopening the wallet will force a sync.

I don't see an arrow next to the address.  In the wallet?

Under receive tab, the address shows the total.  The total matches the blockchain info.  So I know it's reading the total correctly.  As well as the amount of transactions.  But that amount is not showing under "history" tab!

I've also connected manually to other servers and its not showing up still.

Ok try this:

Find your electrum directory and create a backup of it just in case. Here is how you can find the directory:

Then delete the blockchain_headers file in your electrum directory and run electrum. Wait for it to synchronize and then let us know if everything is ok.
