For now 1BTC @ 440, yeah 0.062 is a bit above the retail price.
But, most of those cheap keys and accounts are hacked, and the not so cheap accounts are those public/shared accounts.
If I'm going to receive a gift code, I'm more than confortable to pay the retail price as listed on the official website of the game.

To know the difference between a 'real' account, and a cracked 'account' is that on Hack Forums, we usually call them 'alts'. Alts are real accounts that were cracked. They sell cheaper (Sometimes $.25 for 15-50 Alts and come with better benefits usually.) real accounts are bought accounts. Depending on the name, they can sell for a high price or for the cheap.

Since they're essentially your account, they have less benefits than Alts in my opinion.
