Quark. it is difficult to add something more than what has been said. I think some day people will appreciate its anti-asic features. However it seems to me that it may take long time to reach reasonable levels of adoption. It is my favourite coin, it is extremly fast, ideal tool for arbitraging, blood to the system

And I like the name and the logo. Yea, it has the nicest logo of all the altcoins

    - the huge potential of the new client coming out that is in the works right now
         - multi-threaded codebase written from scratch with new features to crypto

Dogecoin
     - for the marketing that goes with it
          - nascar race was huge publicity
