I am a final year student of BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology at Coventry University. I am carrying out a research project with a title - Virtual Money: A feasibility study of Bitcoin being accepted as an e-payment option. I suggest u post it in beginners and help section. U may get more response. And rather than giving surveymonkey links, if u give direct questions in the forum, that would yield more response I guess.

Well filled your survey interesting enough
Although I do note that consensus of the network
Fungibility and some other things would impact the choices such as anonymity (or pseudo anonymity)
Chargebacks are basically escrow but its a dev thing no need to nitpick just pointing it out sidechains perhaps in the future
