Hi everyone,

I sent 1500 TEA coins to my COIN EX account in order to trade them out. The balance has not shown for 4 whole days, but my Wallet and the network verified I did send them to generated address that Coin EX gave me.

I sent them email but no replies back. Coin Ex never had an issue before, but it now its becoming sketchy. Any advice to recover the 1500 TEA COINS. LUCKILY THEY WERENT BITCOINS.

Open a ticket, and wait a few days. They are trustworthy.

Its kind of ridiculous if your exchange and don't give users there coins when they need it especially when your an exchange. Thanks for the help. If I don't get reply back from CoinEx. I am going to put up update.
