There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I cannot give this to my mother because she is very old now and don't no about computer so giving him btc is not give but from here I have some good idea and now giving her some flowers it good  Cheesy

I think that is a great idea. My parents are in their 50s but pretty intelligent and I always tell them about big and latest BTC news when I see them. This would be an awesome present idea but I just don't have very much BTC or fiat right now...

For the people saying give her Bitcoin And a gift, how about one of the physical cryptos? Search in the goods section of the marketplace here. One off the top of my head is "Cryptolator."
