Does anyone here play minecraft? Wink https://thebitmines.com/

Players transact bitcoins with eachother to buy and sell ingame goods.
Anyone want to try it? There's no membership fee anymore.
(You do of course need a Minecraft account.)

I'd be willing to buy some items from anyone Smiley

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Uhhh they still running?

I was one of the first people to play there.

Hadn't thought they'd run that long since they had no way to really back the payout model back then.

I take it they switched from getting BTC for mined blocks to making the ingame economy BTC based?

Clever move. I might look back into it.

How old is this server? I checked the forums and they have no posts at all.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.
