No, VertPay is giving shares in their company in exchange for Vertcoin.

Its not really that revolutionary, but it has a good group behind it.

It smells really fishy guys. I was about to throw some vertcoins at them, but someone brought it to my attention that the people in charge aren`t the most trustworthy guys. Just research the "supposed" team listed on their site. Most members come up with zilch on google. Please be careful with what you are investing in.
