With all the scams lately, I for one would like to see the following before launch.

Source Code (a must)
Time of Launch
Premine notice (preferably 0%)
Names / Faces / Emails of Development team (Very important! There are coins that do this already!)
Twitter Account / Facebook
Specifications of coin
Innovation

If you give out the source beforehand, then anyone can prematurely launch the coin, not going to happen.
