I'm not a super miner, but I noticed that you've got your GPU threads set as 2, which is normally a low setting. High setting is 1 GPU thread. But, with some tweaking, you may get more out of your card on the low setting. Also you didn't mention what kind of overdrive numbers you're running, (GPU clock speed-memory settings) Those are real important in determining how much you can get out of the card.
Your worksize is set kinda low too IMO. I have the best luck with setting my worksize at 256. You can set your worker difficulty low at the pool and it will auto adjust if that's what your reasoning is for the low work size setting in CGIminer.
Power color is not a high end card, I have some of those though and they do fairly well. Don't expect top KH numbers as most of those guys are using the high end cards with flashed bios, unlocked voltages, fast GPU clocks and several goodies the lower end cards don't have.
Realistically, you'll probably get about 140 to 160 KH out of the 7770. Play with the overdrive settings. Experiment with the GPU clock settings and memory settings. You'll be surprised what a few changes can make. Some of my cards actually run faster with the GPU clock overdrive set at 980 instead of the faster 1080+ settings, and run cooler too. Weird, but true.
I also noticed you have a few hardware errors, normally this is due to the Thread Concurrency set too high or the Intensity is set too high, again, you'll need to devote some time into trying different numbers to see where the peak is for your card. You can find all the starting info you need by searching "Litecoin mining hardware comparison" Best of luck. Chris B.
