Hey guys, I have Paypal but I don't wanna exchange with anyone here. Do you guys know any sites that would let me exchange my Paypal for BTC?

You could use virvox, or you could withdrawal your paypal balance to bank account and then buy bitcoin.

Yeah Virwox is a good option, but prepare to pay a lot of fees.

That's true.
You need to first buy SLL and then buy bitcoin, so you need to pay 2 trading fees and 2 bid/ask spread.
