I was just thinking about the design and efforts for making it. Does it really matter that much? Look at DRK wallet design, it looks like shit but where is DRK and where is BDC...

  i think it does. making the wallets more "consumer friendly" should be high on the list of every dev, imho

 you are both right. dev has worked hard and delivered what he said he would, but many a well built coin has gone into the ditches because nobody promoted it to the public (Grain, for ex.)

I don't think if we don't promote it, it will be die.On the other way, I don't think it is good time to promote(maybe wait for new wallet)
The only way of coin dead is dev give up it.
I hold it because i trust the dev will not give up it, so he will improve the coin again and again.

If you need idea, dev can announce he develop a new anonymous function, sms wallet, p2p exchange and so on.Then cooperation with whale，go to bittrex, then to mintpal, even to btc-e, many pump and dump.

I have see too many coin like this, so i hope dev of bdc keep his rhythm, go a different way.

It is all my opinion. The other reason I don't want to promote it because i want buy it more cheap

The prices won't go down - there's little point in selling into the massive wall on Poloniex at 270s. Its reached the point where mining it is no longer "profitable" if you plan on instantly dumping it.  Now we need some buy pressure to go back up in price timed with promotion to get the people that mined this coin and bought the coin back again.  This was a 1 Gh/s Jane coin!  I still have 8Mh/s on this network and I won't give up based on a short term downtrend because the Dev is still working.  While I don't care what the wallet looks like, I also appreciate that some do.  It seems to be a good part of the marketing of the coin.  People want to see innovation and THIS COIN HAS IT.  Unlike 99% of the other coins, we have a dev with a novel idea and a really cool coin that fills an RPG/Fantasy niche that should be really popular with the mostly male, geeky/nerdy crypto crowd.  Good thing will come, but we need to do a better job making people aware of this coin and pushing it onto the scene.  I've been doing what I can but clearly its not enough.  We need more push.

There's a good culture/community here. The dev has been working on things like the wallet and putting some other projects into the works. It's been mostly quiet but development takes time and the dev isn't going anywhere.

By technology he's probably referring to the mining algorithm since it's Scrypt-Jane it's more asic resistant then Scrypt-N and already proven to be more asic resistant than X11.

This coin is absolutely fair! There was almost no premine and the small amount that it was went to development bounties. Mining is fair because only GPU's can mine it and the difficulty retarget makes it so big farms can't destroy the difficulty for anyone mining it.

nope.

Dev just doesn't post unless he has an update. This isn't a pump and dump coin so a lot of the people with extreme ADD leave.

Then all of a sudden the Hashrate increases again when there's an update from the Dev.

Hashrate is the lowest it has been but it's been at 1 GHs and will be again.
