I believe in this coin and its true purpose, I unfortunately live in NY where prohibition is in full scale. I believe in what you guys are trying to do, I would like to help out anyway I can, I don't know much about programming but i'm going to mine with my GPU 24/7. This is useless. We already had similar stuff such as WeedCoin and others.

Does this mean I just lost all my mined coins?  And need to start over again?

If he did revive an old coin correctly, you shouldn't have lost them.

They did do this correctly. I just recieved my coins back on the new currency, and the dev helped me very patiently and quickly. It was really good help, too, I fixed my cpuminer and configured it to the new pool with his help, and also got all my old coins back
