Actually to be serious it should be 1st of March (to avoid all those who made multiple accounts for COMM, CINNI, SHARE, BCT, BCC, Yellow and some other), and 100 post would be really the smallest req.
now 600M to be distributed; 600e6/1000= 60000 users.
I don't think even taken into account all sock puppet user account, there are that much users

Even 600M, I think u just can sent to 500 persons at max, so just 500k will be distributed.
