Delete peer.dat in appdata/roaming/chakracoin  folder and restart wallet

Kindly Backup wallet and delete Appdata/Roaming/chakracoin folder and restart wallet..if Syncs fine close wallet and replace the wallet.dat file in the Appdata/Roaming/chakracoin and replace it with your wallet.dat (which you took Backup).

No need to delete anything just Delete Peer.dat in Appdata/roaming/chakracoin folder and Use this  New Wallet  Instead of old  Wallet
