my dragon 1t miner does not connect to the router

Hello! my dragon 1t miner does not connect to the router, the router does not assign any ip, can enter settings miner, but I get the suiguiente mistake.
Error getting device list: ERR: socket connect (0) failed

Is it possible that conflicts with another miner?

Definitely make sure on right settings as mentioned.

Also make sure once you click start give it a minute, it can get a error close to this if you keep clicking start and check stats.
