There is no way to know about your price question, hence why you were accused of not asking a serious question.

It appears that the way China is approaching their bitcoin regulation is designed to provide some level of bad news every month or so, e.g. request for guidance on preventing transfers to btc exchanges, formation of task groups to study those prohibitions, actual reports of task forces, actual implementation, right now we appear to be on step two or three with more to come.
