Hello, I made this topic to help my uncle Walter out with a hobby of his.

What does Walter do? Well he loves woodworking, specifically he loves to make slingshots!

What can he do? Well for starters he can make ANY wood/wood-hybrid slingshot on this website

(he used to make slingshots for them a while ago)

Naturally all the things he makes are Hand made, probably more "hand made" than most if not all slingshots you will find,
this is because he prefers to use his hands rather than use electric or motorized equipment, infact right now he is sanding down a slingshot by hand and has been for about 45 minutes now.

To my understanding there is no real limit to what he would be capable of making with regards to wooden slingshots, if you know what you want simply ask and it will be done provided the price is right.

Speaking of which, I can gurantee you that Walter can produce anything for a lower price than any of the competition, this is because he enjoys doing what he does and doesn't mind giving a good deal.

PRICING:
Depends on a variety of factors and can vary greatly, however as a general guide the cheapest Sling-Shot will run for approximately 0.16 BTC (75$) unless you are willing to compromise on materials etc. , the cheapest PFS (pickle fork shooter/ tiny slingshot) would however only cost 0.058 (25$)
Naturally the sky is the limit with regards to price, depending on the materials requested and hours of labor.

15$ for international shipments  (5-10 business days)
7$  for domestic within Australia (within 5 business days)
Express shipping available upon request.

ORDER COMPLETION TIME

This depends on the complexity of the request, however typically from start to finish it takes about 5 days.

OTHER REQUESTS

Walter also enjoys making custom knife handles (hunting, cutlery etc), but he is capable of making just about anything wooden, just ask and i am sure it can be done!

You seem like a legit person and a legit business.  Do you have any slingshots suitable for kids, I mean young kids like 3-5?  Obviously I wouldn't want the kids getting hurt so it would have to have  a weak "shot" (or whatever you call it, I'm new to slingshots).  Thanks.

I could arrange for a slingshot with a smaller handle and a weaker band, with a larger fork, i could also get foam balls for you to use as ammunition however if the kid is strong and picks up a rock and shoots it at the other kid it would be fairly painfull. i could put a weaker band in so this wouldnt be possible however the band wouldnt be very durable.. but i could include an extra band and show you how to install it if one breaks. The 15$ is a flat rate although if its a good sized order i have no problem paying part or all of the shipping.

Can he build me something like a slingshot/crossbow hybrid? The idea being to shoot standard crossbow bolts with a reasonable amount of accuracy with the size of a slingshot. Do you have any examples? What would it cost?

Yes that could possibly be done, although he hasn't made one of those before, the firing mechanism would have to be based on elastics though, is this similar to what you might want? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NuCHi_pMa-o or would you like it more compact? give me some ideas to share with him

Handheld bolt firing slingshot is possible and he knows how to make one, It can be done cheaply. Still waiting for someone to make an order
