A follow up I wrote a thread complained about a mix up. They read wrote a pm. In less then 12 hours fixed all issues! Basically amazing customer service! I believe they biggest problem they have is they are selling so much so fast they make some errors. But unlike any other asic company they fix them fast!!!! Read this thread. Dont feel too confident!! Not fake just a little scammy.... I ordered the A1 1.1 th miner from them on 6-28-14 and had a estimated ship date of 7-7-14. I paid in bitcoin https://blockchain.info/tx/3192eb9434e00938a5360d0494db7fc2a43fded64bf444582f9239403d5d0affalmost $1400.00 US and the 7th came and went with still no word on shipment. I called and left messages to no avail. One afternoon about 2 weeks later I was able to get someone on the phone and I explained that I wanted a refund since there was no product to ship. The person on the phone said that nobody there was authorized to do bitcoin refunds?? WTF? I called back several days later and asked about my refund as I needed to purchase some miners that were "in" stock somewhere else. The person that answered the phone said my order had been cancelled and they fowarded my refund request to another person. They said it would be no more than a few days. Long story short, a week later and still no update or refund! I have been without my bitcoins for almost a month now. Good deals on miners have come and gone. I am missing out! How do I get them to respond to me for a refund? Im not sure what steps to take from here as all of my phone calls and support messages are being ignored.

GAWminers has lots of good reviews. Just call and ask how many days it exactly takes, and what will happen if they don't refund you by that date. Try to put pressure on them, call multiple times if it isn't too expensive. I think that's one of the few things you can do. I know getting refunds suck, dealing with zeus right now, 4 weeks 13 mails further and now they just forwarded the mail to the big boss who is busy most of the time so next month I should get a refund.

So far I have taken delivery of
10 Gridseed 5 chips 4 Gridseed g-blades 8 Furys 3 Black Widows and I have 2 hosted Falcons.
The only fault has been being too successful and having a hard time keeping up with it support wise.

(from bitcointalk) they will make things right, i can help you make some noise if need be, but i doubt it i've bought over 2k from them they do make mistakes, but they fix them (sometimes a bit slow though)

You can see the pictures on hashtrader. I can assure you they are not scamming you and you'll get your refund or the miners whatever you choose. I have no idea why it took so long for them to process your order. I'll forward this to GAW and somebody will contact you.

I've been dealing with their crap for the last month.
I ordered a Gridseed blade for around $800 and waited 3 weeks and then submitted a ticket. A week later they find out they didn't even drop ship it to me. I got a refund and then attempted to buy their Gawminer Falcon. Shipping date was suppose to be 2nd of July. Didn't leave their place till the 8th and didn't get it until the 16th. By this time they HALVED the price of the falcon so i could have bought TWO for the price I paid and the half price ones were ready to ship same day...
Since then, I've submitted tickets and called numerous times. It's about a 1 in 6 chance I get through to some one. I wasn't finished with a previous ticket, and they've closed it and deleted it. I can't even see it under "closed tickets" on their help page.
Now I have to call them again and find out what the hell is going on. I asked for a store credit so I can buy a second falcon since they drastically cut the cost of a product before I even received the one I purchased. I wasn't even asking for a refund.
I'm not buying through them again

Still lost money on the purchase but better than losing it all or going with refund and being stuck without mining equipment for another month. Gaw's pricing structure with drastic drops on equipment does not incentivize purchasing early. I paid $1900 on June 30th for one Falcon and now they're going for $700...about 4 days ago it was $900. ALSO, for anyone purchasing, take screen shots of your product description page. They keep deleting the pages so I could not quote the page when I thought I was missing something from my order.
