I have been very patient with cointerra. Waiting with confidence for my refund, however as each day goes by and yet another ignored request leads me to believe i may have been scammed.

Legit companies respond to messages.

Legit companies refund thier customers on time.

cointerra is non of the above. I have the emails to prove it. They simply refuse to respond to my messages.

I must have tried to contact them and been ignored atleast 50 times

no miner and no refund and still waiting for this non responsive company to respond.

Who else is failing to get their money back off cointerra?

Has anyone got a response from cointerra in regards to a refund?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I have a similar problem.

Requested for a refund on the 20th of March from cointerra and was told that they would need 2-4 weeks to process the refund. Customer service replies from a "John" were quick so I suspected nothing at the time. 4 weeks later asked again for an update and was told that there would be a slight delay with refunds due to a queue and there was no further indication of an expected time frame for this.

Now since then 6 weeks+ in and 10 more emails later I've had no further replies from them, they've ignored all my emails.

I am very frustrated and have been exceedingly patient with this appalling company. I have dealt with kncminer, BFL in the past regarding order updates and RMA and this has to be my worst experience so far. Even BFL was better and that is saying something.

I hope that cointerra will get my refund processed soon as I am getting increasingly desperate. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY from this company. If there are any customer service reps available on this forum I hope you will get in touch as soon as possible as I am eager to resolve this without pursuing legal options.

I wouldn't call it a scam, but it is a slap in the face to have very quick turn around times for my first few emails, then being told I'd get my refund processed in a week, then absolutely no communication after that. I bet I could email them about a question and get a response within a day, but if I ask anything about my refund, nothing but silence. It really sucks beccause they don't have bad products. Just poor communication skills when it's something they don't want to hear.

Ever thought why they are silent on questions regarding refunds?

same boat - staying patient

expecting to be refunded but not happy about waiting so long.

is there a direct line number to call, maybe they can offer more info over the phone.

This is a good question. I too have failed to get in contact via the phone.  Anyone else have a phone number for cointerra?
