Probelm with setting up abe with multiple coins

so this is the problem :

for a lot of altcoins i want to setup abe , all is going well until i try to launch it with

Code:

python -m Abe.abe --config abe-***.conf --commit-bytes 100000 --no-serve

i get the error :

MerkleRootMismatch : block header Merkle root does not match its transactions ...

i searched on google and in all issues of abe git , i can't get it right

i already tried to comment the lines in Datastore.py that cause the problem but that's not solving anything it's just going trought but when i go to the web interface just one block show with no informations about the transaction

so help will be very appreciated from someone who already solve it .
