Just a quick FYI...

The 10% pool bonus ended at the Official CanadaCoin Pool at noon PST (GMT-8) today.  For the week that the pool bonus was available, 20,310.50945498 CDA was paid out in bonuses.  Congrats to all who earned bonuses by mining at the Pool!

CanadaCoin friends,

Please vote for us on Coin Payments so that we can make it easier for merchants to accept CanadaCoin (CDA)

https://www.coinpayments.net/vote

each vote costs .001 BTC (about 63 Canadian pennies) which will help increase the value of your holdings. you can only vote once.

The vote goes to charity...the Water Project, the same charity that the Charity Mining Pool supports.

They take the top 4 to 5 voted coins, so we don't need that many votes to win a spot. please vote, then let the community know you did on this post.

Thanks!

We have the start of our Merchant Sign up here:

http://www.canadacoin.org/merchants-signup/

An affiliate feature will be added so that people can promote the signup and earn reward.

A merchant directory is also being built to list the merchants that sign up.

Social media enabled faucet is getting closer to completion. Few little bugs to work out.

Always open to feedback.

Did that!

One thing, though...  I sent an extra 0.002 btc (0.003 btc total) to support the project but the site only recognized receiving the 0.001 btc donation.  I have sent an e-mail to their support to make sure the extra 0.002 btc gets to the Project, but ppl should NOT send more than 0.001 btc for their vote unless they want to run into the same problem.

Just a warning.  Wink

One of the cron jobs died so while blocks were being found the database balances weren't being updated.  I have ran the jobs manually and brought everything up to date.  It appears the cron jobs are running again but I'll check again in the morning.  But, for now, it's time for bed.

Sorry for any inconvenience.  Check you're balance...  you're no longer poor!   Wink

Well, darn it!  I went to bed with the Official Pool running smoothly, and I wake up to find it has problems again and payouts are halted.   Angry

I'm on it, folks, and will get things running again as soon as I can.

Sorry for any inconvenience...

The Official Pool is back in business.  No mining time was lost...  all that happened was that payouts were delayed because of a minor problem.  That's been fixed now.  Again, sorry for any inconvenience.

The Official Pool is having an issue with the payouts again.  All shares/coins are safe...  the payout cronjob just isn't running.  I'm working on it now and hope to have it fixed shortly.

Thanks!

Chris

   Hello,

I have also an issue with transaction as my transaction fail when I try to send coin.

It seems to me having to many transactions into my wallet.

What I do not understand is why POS split transaction by 2 even if it is small transaction. At the beginning I had only one transaction and now with POS I have 4300 different transaction from as low as 1CDA....

Glop:  I'm assuming you're talking about sending coins from your wallet?  Are you getting any error messages?

I, too, have wondered why PoS payouts to my wallet come in pairs but, as far as I can tell, the calcualtion seems to be about right so I'm not terribly worried about it.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

It is simple look into the code, when the POS is calculated the transaction is split in two equal part ( and I think if the transaction is > 2 not sure).

My problem is when I try to send for example 50000 coin is does not work, and I got the message Error: Transaction creation failed. Any Idea ?
