Hmm.. what about CPU miner? I hope to mine some quick FailCoin while it is still newly-forked. I'm using a low-end GPU so.. I dont think I will be able to mine using my GPU.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!

Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

Hey Jack,

I'm not quite sure, but I will talk with ocminer short before FAIL swap is over. I believe that there will be no problem to mine with CPU as well.

Cheers,
Spartak

Great! I will be waiting to mine FailCoin with my CPU soon. Will there be a new mining pool?

Yes, but I don't think that you will be able to mine with CPU there. Difficulty will be too high.

Dear FAILers,

We used couple of days to rest after our birthdays, but we are starting to work again. Today we will talk with our developer again and I will keep you posted if needed. Currently our ETA about the fork is still 12th of February.

P.S. Here's a picture of me and one of my gifts (FC Barcelona's watch). Wink

Dear FAILers,

We are close to our ETA about the fork. Today I will probably speak with our developer and will notify you if there is any changes. We would also want to reveal who is going to be our community manager for France and Italy. His nickname is Moze. He is very good marketer (that's his real job) and will also help us with some strategies, but above all - he is my personal friend and true FAILer (that's him on the GIF... and I'm not joking. Grin)

So.. does this mean FailCoin have been forked? And is now on a close-beta stage? Great! Looking forward to swap FailCoin at EmpoEx.

Hey Jack,

Well... if everything goes fine, the fork + the swap will finish by the end of February.

Hello,

Mining and PoS of the new FAIL has been flawless. The only thing now is the front end and another reset for the production blockchain. First 200 blocks will be with 0 reward to prevent instamine. We are going to be ready pretty soon.

Spartak

Hey FAILers,

Just wanted to let you know that tests of FAIL went fine and our dev is currently thinking about the design of our wallet. I have send him an e-mail about 2 hours ago and said not to worry about the wallet. We think that building our network and community is more important than fancy wallet. Will keep you updated as soon as we have something else.

Spartak

Great looking wallet you have there! Is the developer a designer too?

Hey Jack,

If you look at the date of the transactions in the wallet, we kinda kept our ETA for 12th February, but the dev wanted to make some extra tests. They are now finished and I think that we will have the new wallet today, but we will release it for the public in probably 2-3 days at the most (don't want to give ETA's though everything can happen and sometimes people are getting frustrated). After that our first goals will be multipool, bigger exchanges and more adoption. Little by little we are going to work to secure our network too. The most important things in Bitcoin are the adoption and that the coin was first. We are never going to be near BTC, but we are going to follow it's course in some way.

Cheers,
Spartak
